JETRO supports the development of sales channels and the establishment of bases for small- and medium-sized Japanese enterprises (SMEs) in overseas markets. 

JETRO offers the information necessary for overseas business expansion by holding trade and investment consultations, briefings at overseas offices, and various seminars that spread meaningful know-how on overseas business expansion.

JETRO supports SMEs by securing highly skilled foreign professionals and/or conducting in-house training for overseas business personnel. “Open for Professionals,” a portal site to promote highly skilled foreign professionals

JETRO operates the “J-Bridge,” a business platform facilitating collaboration between Japanese and overseas companies. Among others, JETRO supports one-on-one business meetings with J-Bridge Members and follow-up in line with the business development stage.
